Our first collection brings together natural neem kitchen utensils and wooden accessories for hair and bath, each kept in its original finish.

Why neem.

The neem tree grows across the Indian subcontinent, and its wood has been shaped into kitchen tools and combs there for generations. It is dense and close grained, so it wears smooth with use rather than splintering, and it does not carry the smell of one dish into the next.

We select these objects; we do not manufacture them. Nothing is stained or varnished, so the grain and colour of every piece are slightly different.

And a moment over chai.

Alongside the shop, we are preparing Chai & Co, our mobile café: recipes, service and future locations are taking shape.
