1. Seller and scope

These terms cover consumer purchases of physical goods from navelie.com. Wholesale transactions require a separate quotation.

2. Products and prices

Prices are in euros. The total, including applicable taxes and delivery, is shown before payment. [Confirm VAT status and the required invoice wording.] Photographs show the model; natural grain and colour may vary. Essential dimensions and materials must be provided on each product page before launch.

3. Orders and payment

Select your items, review quantities in the cart, enter delivery and contact details, and review the total before confirming an order with an obligation to pay. A confirmation is sent to the email address supplied. Available payment methods appear in Shopify checkout. [Activate the payment provider and verify a test order before sales open.]

4. Delivery

Charges and agreed deadlines are stated before purchase. Risk passes when you or a nominated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession, subject to the rules for a carrier independently chosen by you. Contact us about delays or non-delivery; statutory remedies remain available.

5. Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For separately delivered items in one order, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You may also notify us before delivery. Where the last day is a weekend or public holiday, the period extends as required by applicable law.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return address: Sapna DAVE EI — Navelie, 11 Rue Alcide de Gasperi, 67500 Haguenau, France. You bear the direct return postage for a change of mind. This does not apply to costs we must bear for defective or non-conforming goods. Protect the goods for transit. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory right.

Refunds

We refund the price and the least expensive standard outward delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Additional express delivery charges are not reimbursed. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Statutory guarantees

For new goods, the French legal conformity guarantee applies for two years from delivery. You can seek repair or replacement without charge, subject to statutory conditions; price reduction or termination may be available where the legal conditions are met. The hidden-defects guarantee also applies: proceedings must be brought within two years of discovering the defect. Contact the seller above to exercise these rights.

7. Complaints and mediation

First send your complaint to the seller. If it remains unresolved, you may use the appointed consumer mediator free of charge: [name, postal address and website].
