Delivery charges

France: standard delivery €7.99 for orders below €65; free standard delivery from €65. The current checkout also has a €10.99 express option. Other configured zones: EU €22; international €29. Availability depends on the destination offered at checkout.

Dispatch and arrival

Your delivery address, available service and total shipping charge are shown before payment. Contact us if a parcel is delayed or damaged. Your statutory rights are not conditional on sending photographs.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For separately delivered items in one order, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You may also notify us before delivery. Where the last day is a weekend or public holiday, the period extends as required by applicable law.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return address: Sapna DAVE EI — Navelie, 11 Rue Alcide de Gasperi, 67500 Haguenau, France. You bear the direct return postage for a change of mind. This does not apply to costs we must bear for defective or non-conforming goods. Protect the goods for transit. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory right.

Refunds

We refund the price and the least expensive standard outward delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Additional express delivery charges are not reimbursed. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
